SHIPPING & RETURNS


Deliveries are done within local Postal Services from Finland. Each package having a tracking code to ensure not to get lost, and for you to follow it's journey to you.

Shipping costs can be viewed on the order page per your country of delivery. We ship worldwide. All orders over the amount of 337,00EUR delivery is free anywhere.

Production time:
Kindly notice our production time for your handmade jewelry piece is approximately 1 week after your order.
Back ordered items are up to 4 weeks depending the queue of the smithy.


Returns
We support sustainability and slow fashion, encouraging you also to make intentional choice when placing your order. All our jewelry items are handmade requested by your order, therefore there is not a large amount of items in stock.
In case you wish to return or change your ordered item, we deduct the processing fee of 20,00EUR of each order. Read about return terms below from "Refunds".

Contact our customer support to get instructions how to return or change your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please notice that earrings are a hygienic product, and therefore we do not accept returns.
Also our bracelets and necklaces are always personally made to order products which we do not hold in stock and have no return policy.

You can see our designs live in our retailers boutiques or department stores, and you can also contact us by Instagram DM, so we can provide videos of items before ordering, if you are unsure which colour to choose from.

Unclaimed orders will be returned to us, and return processing fee 20,00EUR is deducted from the placed refunded amount.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on gift cards.

 

Damages 
All our items go through quality control before shipping.
However, if for some reason you would have got a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@degerberg.com and include a photo of the damaged item for further inspection.

Please notice we do not take responsibility of the lost or damaged items in the postal service. It is strongly recommended to use traceable shipping to ensure consumer protection when shipping back the items for a review.


Exchanges 
We don't do exchanges if the item has been priorly used. If the design is unworn and unused, you may change it to another model. Processing fee of 20,00EUR will be also charged.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your returning items. When/If the terms are met - the product being unworn and unused, unaltered and in their original packing - the refund will be made within the next 14 banking days. We deduct our refund transaction processing fee from each order, as previously stated above.
